Popular group TVXQ member Kim Jaejoong (Hero)’s brown screen debut work, "Heaven Postman", will be broadcasted finally on November 12. Gathering famous actors, writers and also numerous top stars from South Korea and Japan, for the project "Telecinema7". "Heaven Postman" – one of the storyline of the series was decided to be release in cinemas on November 12.
Idol group TVXQ member Kim Jaejoong (Hero) was working with Han Hyo Joo who had received high popularity from the popular TV series “Shining Inheritance”.
Jaejoong will be acting as a heaven’s postman who travels between Heaven and Earth, delivering letters for those who could not forget the lost of their parents, husbands, lovers, friends, and their children.
The film depicts the day when Saki (acted by Han Hyo Joo) unable to forget her lover who had passed away, and thus came to send a letter and met Yuu (acted by Kim Jaejoong) who had separated himself from his original body and had became a ghost. Saki did not know that Yuu was actually her deceased lover, and in the process of helping him to complete the mission of delivering the letters, a love story was gradually created.
Kim Jaejoong challenged "Heaven Postman" with his fine acting and rich varieties of natural sensibility, which will unfold in this work.
In addition to Kim Jaejoong; Kang Ji Hwan, Lee Ji-ah, Cha In Pyo, Kim Hyo Jin, Big Bang’s TOP and SeungRi, Kang Hye Jung, Kim Ha Neul and Ahn Jae Wook other forces would be starring in "Telecinema 7" and scheduled to start broadcasting on November in order.

Cassiopeia introduced a single album ‘Love Melody’ at an online music site on the 27th of October. This album was made by Cassiopeia who sang, composed and made the lyrics to show their love and power.
The title song ‘Love Melody’ is a ballad song with lyrics meaning such as ‘we will always be by your side’. As the album was introduced to public, the netizen (people on the computer) said ‘TVXQ’s fanclubs are just so amazing’ ‘ A amateur showing this much skill is terrific!’..etc with surprised responses.

This dispute between the group that is the Hallyu Wave's key player and king of the Asian market and the group's agency, the nation's top entertainment agency, is said to bring large waves of change not only to the entertainment industry, but to the entire nation as well. Many have said that the Courts' ruling has kick started the battle against unlawful contracts while others have said that the decision has completely ignored the trainee-raising method of most entertainment agencies.
The TVXQ case can be seen as a result of SM's 'Failure At Management.' However, that is only the evaluation based on the results. The reason the TVXQ dispute has come so far and deep is because there was a charge forward with a lack of 'communication and respect' on both sides.
One of the reasons that this dispute cant not be the center of attention in the entertainment industry is because the Courts have sided with the members of TVXQ and completely overturned the traditional method of agencies' formation of their contracts. We cannot blatantly say that all 13 year contracts are slave contract. As long as 'communication and respect' is prevalent and a fair income division is put in place, it will be a happy contract. [NEWS] TOP, Seungri VS JJ – Nov. Screen Acting Showdown
The Telecinema movie of 2 Big Bang members TOP and Seungri as well as TVXQ’s Youngwoong Jaejoong will be released in CGV theater all across the country simultaneously in the upcoming November.
According to CJ Entertainment on the 30th, “19 – Nineteen” which stars TOP and Seungri and “Heaven’s Postman” which stars Jaejoong will be released at the same time on November 12th.
Telecinema 7 that is coming on November 7th is “Love is Blind”, November 12th are “19″ and “Heaven’s Postman”, then continues with “Triangle” (here after the release date is TBA), “Paradise”, “After The Wedding”, “Dream of Rock” which will be released sequentially.

[NEWS] “HTTG” to be Early Cut After 16th Espisode
MBC drama “Heading To The Ground” will call its early ending after the 16th episode airing this November 4th. The drama was previously planned to have 20 episodes, however due to the poor rating record, finally its episodes are cut and will finally have an early ending.
“Heading To The Ground” crew on the 29th after the broadcast of the 15th episode said, “The final episode will be aired next Wednesday,” announced such caption informing the viewers.
The drama ending episode is too early even than the previously expected, caused many dissapointment from the viewers.
Earlier before, on last November 14th, “Heading To The Ground” crew confirmed, “The final is planned to happen after 18th episode.” Therefore, “Heading To The Ground”’s successor “Heroes” would kick off its first broadcast on November 11th, a week earlier that it’s previously scheduled.

[NEWS] Summarization of the Courts' Ruling on TVXQ-SME Trial
1. Seoul District Court is so far favoring JaeChunSu side. They partially accepted the exclusive contract suspension the trio have been submitted. The partially accepted here so far only mentioned about the three members now can have their right to decide whether they will take one job or not. So the three members are now like 3rd parties to SM. Said that with this decision, TVXQ activities as five members will lay on three members‘ decisions, and not SM Entertainment.
2. With the point that TVXQ activities as group can still be continued, thus Court couldn’t terminate the clause about income distribution (which I’m a bit blurred here~however not in any line there’s a say that Court already deals with the unfair distribution income nor the length of contract).
3. SM is NOT YET saying anything about accepting or refusing this decision. They still said in their press release today, “About our exact official stand, we will inform it soon.”

After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exclusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there.
On the 29th (today) Daily Sports Japan met TVXQ’s official from their signed Japanese label AVEX, and as quoted from the official, TVXQ members should be back to Japan to continue their full activities this fall.
The official did not mention a specific schedule, however he said that the year-end events such as “The 51st TBS Japan Record Award” (organized by Japan Composers Association) and especially “The 60th NHK Uta Gassen” are included in the current schedule.
According to Sankei Sports on the 29th, the popular group Tohoshinki will also participate in theme song for NHK new drama “とめはねっ!铃里高校书道部” that is starting on January 7th next year, the song is entitled “BREAK OUT!”

TVXQ confirmed and cemented their status as top stars in J-POP by taking the number one title for two areas last week on the Oricon Charts, the barometer that most precisely measures the popularity of Japanese singers.

Seoul Central Court revealed on 27th October a citation of their ruling for the lawsuit between the SM Entertainment and TVXQ Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.It was revealed, “We see that part of the terms in their contract has much destroyed the good morals of the whole contract. SM Entertainment should not interfere with its singers’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities.”
Previously in July, the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki has revealed their 13-year long contract under SM Entertainment, which meant that they will possibly be working under SM Entertainment for life, and has applied for the effect of provisional disposition of the terms in their contract. And the 2 parties have engaged in a lawsuit as SM Entertainment insist that the terms under their contract are reasonable.
The court also revealed, “Through the individual agreement, there is high possibility for group activities to continue, but for the provisional disposition of the existing activities and the profit allocation, it is invalid and difficult. We will have to dismiss the application for the full provisional disposition of the effects of the exclusive belonging terms in the contract.”
